Items are made-to-order unless noted otherwise in item description as an inventory stock item or in the READY TO SHIP category. A non-refundable deposit is required BEFORE materials are acquired and any work on a Made To Order item will begin. This deposit secures your order and is applied towards the cost of materials for your item(s). Deposit amount is 50% of item(s) total before shipping is calculated and added to order (if applicable). You may also choose to pay in full.
In-Stock or Ready-To-Ship Item(s) must be paid in full before item(s) will be shipped.
Orders that are paid either in part or full will, without question, take precedence before any order where NO PAYMENT of any sort has been made. There are NO exceptions!
I prioritize my orders by: date ordered THEN by date first payment (partial or full) has been made. If you have not made any payment, please expect that your order will go to the bottom of the list and I will keep you updated as to when I may be able to start work on your item.
